I love charm bracelets! I can never get enough of them even when I was a kid. Although I collect a lot, I try to give away those that I don’t use every two years at least. This is the only solution that I can think of so I can keep hoarding. Seriously, there are so many nice stuff for women online and offline that it’s hard not to become a shopaholic. Luckily for me (and my husband ), I don’t buy expensive items. Just cheap ones that are too cute to ignore or affordable ones that can last for years. I know it may seem like I’m into luxurious items (who isn’t?) based from my posts especially the last one before this. But I really don’t have the budget for them unless I really do some serious saving up. One thing’s for sure – it’s fun being a girl!

The cost of living is constantly rising, but that doesn’t mean jobs are paying any more money than they used to. If you want to be prepared to live in the 21st century, the following are some of the best jobs that can surely pay for your rent.

Doctor: All doctors get paid a good salary, but the highest paid doctors are surgeons and obstetricians. Anesthesiologists also do well on the pay scale, though. The medical field is a stable career choice because people are always going to get sick and need attention.

Dentist: Regular dentists make really good money, but orthodontists and prosthodontists bring in even more because they perform more complicated procedures.

Lawyer: In general, lawyers make good money, but the highest paid lawyers are class action lawyers or personal injury lawyers. This is mainly because these types of lawsuits have a higher payout than most civil cases.

College Professor: Professors make a lot of money, but it is slightly based on the field they teach in. For instance, medical professors do a lot better than English professors.

It doesn’t matter if you are looking at apartments in charlotte nc or Hong Kong, any job on this list will surely pay for your rent. The problem is that each of these jobs requires 8+ years of schooling and additional training beyond that. If you want a high paying job but don’t want to spend a large portion of your life in school to get there, consider the following jobs.

Entrepreneur: Business owners can make a lot of money, but their success depends on a wide variety of factors. Some of the highest paid individuals, like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, never graduated from college.

Professional Athlete: Athletes can make millions each year, which makes them some of the highest paid individuals in the workforce. Plus, a great thing about being a professional athlete is that they only have to work for a few years, and then they’re set for life. Professional athletes retire at a young age and live off of their earnings.

Real Estate Broker: There is a lot of money in real estate, especially if you can become good at flipping houses. It is an exciting career to pursue that can be very lucrative without countless years in school.

Actor/Actress: If you are good at acting, this might be the best route to fame and fortune. Good actors bring in more money each year than any of the jobs that require you to go to school. It is extremely difficult, however, to catch a break in the entertainment industry. Having connections is your best route.

Going to school is the safest route to earning a high salary, but it definitely isn’t the only option. Explore your interests and you will be able to find a career that can pay for your rent, and give you plenty of extras, too.

Acquiring the perfect Christmas gift happens in two stages – finding the gift, and then buying it. However, for the second stage to happen, you also need to be able to afford it, which can be difficult in this tough economy. Gallup magazine has estimated that consumers will spend an average of $712 on gifts in the 2011 Holiday season. That’s a lot of cash! And while people are willing to spend that much is a hopeful sign of where the economy is heading, it can still take its toll on that average wallet. Therefore, instead of digging for quarters in the sofa or reaching for your credit card, consider using online casino bonuses to help you get that little something extra.

How it Works:

Because there are so many online casinos, they are forced to offer extremely large sign up bonuses to attract new members, or steal members from their competitors. This may be a downside for them, but it’s great for you because a savvy gambler can use these bonuses make money without actually risking much (or any) of their own money. These players are called “bonus hunters,” and they do their research very thoroughly to find the best bonuses. Probably the best tools for this research are the myriad of online data bases that list the latest casino bonuses, because, while it is considered fraud to sign up at the same casino multiple times to get the bonus over and over, it’s perfectly legal to sign up at multiple Websites to get the bonus from each of them once.

Minor Qualifications Apply:

What opportunity would be complete without the proverbial “catch”? In this case, the most common “catch” is that players are not able to cash out their bonuses. However, this is not too onerous a restriction because you still get to keep anything you win, which can be quite substantial. Another common restriction that casinos use is limiting the type of game, or betting amount, that a bonus can be used on, so that the casino has a better chance of winning. Although this restriction might be more frustrating than simply not being able to cash out your bonus, it can still lead to some major cash without much risk, as long as you remember to stop playing when your bonus run out.

So, don’t despair when your son or daughter asks for an iPad, or a new computer, simply smile and say, “We’ll see,” and then turn to your own computer and start hunting!

If you, like many Americans, find yourself counting every penny, cutting out luxuries, and still finding yourself in a financial bind when an unexpected expense occurs, you are not alone. 13.3 million Americans are unemployed. More are underemployed or not making enough money to cover emergency expenses like health care, dental care, or car repair. One accident, one illness, or one broken tooth can mean economic disaster for many people. Turning to a solution such as no ax payday loans from PayDay One can mean the difference between financial ruin and economic stability.

A Different Kind of Loan

A payday loan is different from a traditional bank loan in several ways. They require no credit check – you must simply show proof of employment. They have a much shorter term length – typically two weeks, although in some cases as long as a month.

Finally, no fax payday loans from PayDay One don’t require a lot of complicated paperwork. In short, a payday loan is a quick and easy way to get cash for those who qualify. Since qualification is based solely on employment and a listed phone number, most people can easily access this type of loan.

In Case of Emergency

In spite of the clear-cut terms and easy to understand payment structure, many Americans are still leery about payday loans. The truth is, they are a safe and effective economic took when they are used properly. Payday loans should only be used for emergencies. Personal emergencies, larger than expected bills, and unexpected medical bills are excellent reasons to apply for a payday loan or cash advance. They should not be used for spending cash or vacationing. By remembering that your no fax payday loans from PayDay One is only for emergencies, you will find yourself in a healthier economic position.

Keeping it Real

If you are still concerned about taking out a payday loan, keep a few pointers in mind.

Work with a reputable company

Work with a company with simple payment terms

Borrow from a company with an easy application process

Pay back your loan on time to avoid interest and penalties.

If you find yourself in need of extra money to pay an unexpected bill, repair your car, or save your home, you can turn to no fax payday loans from PayDay One. Safe and economically sound, they are an excellent alternative to bouncing checks, pawn shops, or a plummeting credit rating.

While using a credit card and paying off your bill on time is the easiest way to build your credit, many people don’t trust credit cards because of the high interest rates and that it is far too easy to overspend. Your credit score is a measure of how frequently you pay your bills on time, so businesses will check your credit score to make sure you are a trustworthy customer. You generally need a decent score for things such as renting an apartment or setting up utility accounts. Whether you just turned 18 and don’t have a credit score or you are looking to improve your current rating, there are several ways to build your credit without a credit card.

Take Out a Loan

Taking out a loan is the easiest alternative to credit cards when you are looking to build your credit. Even if you don’t need the money from the loan, paying it back on time will increase your credit score. For easy payments and the best way to build your credit, consider the following types of loans:

Small Personal Loans – When building your credit, it’s best to take out small loans to avoid the chance of missing a payment. Only take out the amount you are willing to pay back. While most loans require a credit check, it is possible to find a personal loan company online that does not judge you by your score, and will still offer several hundred dollars at low interest rates.

Installment Loans – Installment loans are those that have a fixed amount to be paid back each period. On things such as credit cards, the amount to be paid can vary, but with installment loans, you always know how much to expect to pay back each month. This makes them great for building your credit because you can more easily budget them into your finances.

Secured Loans – When you borrow money from a bank and use your car or home as collateral, you are taking out a secured loan. These loans are fairly easy to get, which is why many people use them to build their credit.

Avoid Missing Any Payment

If you want to increase your credit score, it is crucial that you pay back all of your bills on time, not just your loans. While cell phone, rent, and utility bills don’t generally increase your credit score, they can damage your credit reputation if you don’t pay them back promptly. Learn how to budget your money effectively in order to maintain a good standing with the credit bureau. And if you need a card to make payments, consider a debit card; you can use just the same as a credit card, but doesn’t cost you any extra money.

A friend of mine is offering an installment plan for a Balenciaga bag that I wanted to purchase for so long. See below.

I am so tempted but then I’d rather get one of those quick payday loans than take advantage of a friend’s generosity. I know she’s just helping me acquire my dream bag but what I suddenly find that I couldn’t pay her. At least with a bank or lending company, I will be charged accordingly. But with a friend, it might result to money issues and that’s something I couldn’t live without. Anyway, I think that if I stop buying small items that are not exactly cheap, I may be able to save enough money before the year ends. As long as I don’t spend my bag fund on a last minute travel or gadget, that is.

Thanks to social security benefits, my friend got two months worth of salary during after she gave birth. She lost her job a year ago and has been working as a freelancer when she got pregnant. It has been a while since she made her last social security payments. And although her husband is working enough for them, we all know it helps to have some extra cash lying around. I urged her to continue with her contributions and she decided to pay for the next 6 months. Now, to her husband’s surprise, the maternity benefits will be enough to cover the hospital bills. The money they saved for the hospitalization will now be used for a small celebration on their little one’s baptism.

Thanks to online coupons, I was able to purchase several hp laserjet ink cartridges for one of my clients. He decided to print our brochures in his office using his HP printer so we need all the ink we can get. After testing the colors on actual prints, I could safely say that we are good to print at least 500 pieces by the end of the week. He will hire his 13-year-old nephew to fold them. It may take longer but he’s saving about $400 based on the actual quotes that we got so far. I’m glad I don’t live near his place or else, he’ll probably have me folding and mailing them as well. But I’m glad he managed to save a lot. With start-up businesses such as his, it’s important to save whenever you can.
