Whenever a friend of mine is pregnant and as soon as we’ve tackled the usual baby/pregnancy/motherhood questions, I always ask if she has prepared a list for her push gift. I’m surprised that most of them have no idea what it is so if you’re one of them, let me enlighten you.
My personal definition of a push gift is something that a husband gives his wife after undergoing labor which is almost always difficult, long and life-threatening. It’s some sort of a thank you token for bringing a baby into this world. My rule for this is it has to be something that you will not buy on your own. It could be as expensive as hell or something that is very hard to acquire.
As for my youngest, the Husband bought me my first Louis Vuitton handbag (first because I believe I will have another one soon!). He gave it to me even before I gave birth which I think was the reason why I had such a hard time during labor. Anyway, having a baby is priceless but having a gift aside from the little one wouldn’t hurt too.

People are tweeting about adapexin-p today so naturally, I got curious and checked it out. After all, it never hurts to be updated. According to the web site, it can help you lose 10lbs in 28 days. Pretty amazing if you need to fit into a dress or show off a new body just in time for summer. With that said, I would recommend a thorough research before trying anything. Speaking of summer, check out below my top 3 coverups from VS.
Who says you can’t look sexy when covered?

We all spend precious time looking for diet pills that actually work. However, I think that if we spend the same amount of time exercising or looking for alternatives to a healthier meal, we’d all be closer to our weight loss goals. I’m not being preachy or anything as I hate exercising but if ever you really want a weight loss that lasts, it’s important to lose it gradually and in a healthy way. Losing too much in so little time will only make you gain twice as much. I’ve seen it happen so many times and make sure I tell crash dieters the same thing. Unless you are one of those who want to fit a dress/gown in 3-4 weeks, then there’s no reason why you should hurry to lose weight when you can gain it all back in the blink of an eye.

Finish reading the colon cleanse review that my cousin sent me. I need to make a decision on whether I will have my husband try the promo that is being offered to us.
Go window shopping for a 2nd hand car online. We don’t have the budget YET nor able to sell our car but it doesn’t hurt to know the current going rate for what we need.
Submit my daughter’s big school application form and schedule her entrance exam.
Talk to our insurance agent to get some quotes for pension plan and educational plan.

I’ve read a lot of hydroxycut review to know which ones are telling the truth and which ones are not. Most of them are just hypes but don’t take my word for it as I’ve never really tried them other than hearing raves from friends. What I know is that if ever you decide to take something, you should at least spend some time reading about the cons. The pros are everywhere but the downsides are almost always hidden or in fine print. Don’t be fooled by celebrities swearing by a weight loss product. There’s a reason why they are raving about it and it’s spelled as c.a.s.h.

women issues
Whenever people finds out that I’m breastfeeding, they always have disbelief in their faces. Like I would make up something like that. I guess it’s because of my small frame that they can’t believe I am able to feed a human being 24/7. But thin, heavy, short or tall – it doesn’t matter because women are just designed to produce milk. Only 2-3% are not capable and it’s up to us new moms to seek help and learn how to product more breast milk if we think we don’t have enough.
God knows I wouldn’t know what to do if my pedia didn’t support me with my firstborn. She couldn’t tolerate any type of formula (name it, we tried it) and after three months of trying, my milk supply started getting strong.
Which is why my advice to everyone who thinks they don’t have enough- don’t give up.
I didn’t have any breastmilk during the first few months but since there’s no formula in the world that can make my baby satisfied, my body started producing more.
Some tips:
Breastfeed round the clock. Don’t look at the time. Just have your baby suck whenever she wants to.
Pump on the other breast while the baby is sucking on the other one. This tells your body that you need to produce more so it will do just that.
Feed or pump every two hours even when the baby is sleeping to tell your body that you need milk. It’s hard work but do your best to relax and enjoy this bonding time with your little one.

I consider myself lucky for not having to worry about acne skin care. My face, even when I was a teenager never had more than one pimple. Oh sure, I’ve had breakouts and dry skin but that’s the worst it could get. Unlike some women I know who spends hundreds of bucks on acne treatment, I consider my occasional $40 bottle of moisturizer a cheap treat. To thank my mother and ancestors for having good genes, I’m doing my best to care for my skin especially now that I’m on my 30s. And just like what my mother did when I turned 21, I too will have a heart to heart talk with my daughters to teach them how to cleanse, tone and moisturize.

I thought I’m done searching for cheapest health insurance but turned out my husband wasn’t all that happy on the last quotation that we got. So I’m allotting a few hours of researching and contacting other companies before I get ready to do some last minute shopping. I always do things that I don’t like first just to get it out of the way. After this last task, I can enjoy my one week vacation with my little girls.

After reading the reviews at phenterminereview.com, I know I really need to warn my friend from taking one. I can’t really blame her for wanting to try seeing so many celebrities lose weight with this pill. Yet I don’t think it’s all worth the chest pain, uneven heartbeat, insomnia, seisuze, tremors, blurred vision and many other cons that come with taking this drug. In fact, the review site doesn’t recommend it yet they have several alternatives that can help you lose weight without the mentioned side effects. Let’s just hope it’s not just a marketing ploy to make people buy the options because they got scared of the popular one.
