My daughter is scared of having her blood pressure or temperature taken whenever we go to the hospital. Thank God there’s a finger pulse oximeter now. She finds it interesting with the huge numbers on top and how you need to insert your finger inside. Now if only they can come up with something as creative when extracting blood, I’d be more than happy. Trips to the hospital are never fun so pediatric units should come up with more creative ways and more taste medicines to make the ordeal bearable for the kids.

Still on weight loss supplements, if you are interested with the top supplements currently available in the market, I recommend reading review websites so you can compare the good and the bad for each product. So far the number one and two spots go to Liporexall – building lean muscle, burn fat, suppress appetite and Anoretix – increasing energy without the jitters and increasing metabolism. If you have to choose, go for the one that offers money back guarantee. Make sure you check the ingredients too and research what it does so you’d have an idea of what you’re putting inside your body.

I am done talking about the most effective diet pill. It’s time we live healthy by eating the right diet, exercising regularly and not obsessing about anorexic figures. Take a look at Jennifer Love Hewitt’s curves here and her suggestion to women with curves.
To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist,” she wrote, “put on a bikini — put it on and stay strong.
Okay, she still looks hot but you get what I mean. We don’t need to be a size 0 to look beautiful!

Need to get all the papers we’ve accumulated over the years in order. There are tons of them: receipts, certificates, insurance policies, etc. I opened the drawer where we keep them and they literally spewed out. I also need to read up on a product a friend of my mother’s offered to her. It’s a supplement that reputedly targets abdominal fat and is called relacore. We’ll see what I can dig up about it. Will be channeling my OC tendencies to get through this chore.

It’s the end of the year again. If there’s one thing that’s always constant, it will be my email receiving offers for free life insurance quotes. I’d be happy to take them all up on their offers if only I wasn’t still paying for my insurance policy. Maybe next year when baby #2 comes, we might need another set with him/her as the beneficiary. Plus I’ll only have a few years left to pay for the first one so the total of the premiums will significantly lower. If you still don’t have one though, I suggest checking out any life insurance companies on the web. It’s better to be prepared for the unknown especially if you’re a parent or have someone depending on you.

So many married women and mothers are struggling to lose weight that they’d resort to all kinds of diet plans, weight loss diet pill and even buy expensive exercise equipments which they’d never really use. The problem here is lack of time and motivation, really. I remember when I was single and have all the time in the world to run after work. I don’t need to hurry home to my kids or don’t have to eat in front of my computer just because I’m juggling too much work. We just don’t have that much time right now and as for motivation, I think we’d rather see fast results. Who wouldn’t want to fit into size 4 dress in a matter of weeks especially if you’re attending an important dinner party or need to be a bridesmaid at a wedding? And we all want to have our extra fats magically disappear and yet still eat what we want right? Well, we all need to change how we look at things. Taking care of our body is important, not just for our husbands but for our own sanity too.

Kettlebells are everywhere online but couldn’t find any from our local malls. I wanted to try this out the first time that I saw it. The way you could tone your muscles in a few weeks is very impressive and very timely as I need to attend a wedding by January. However, now that I’m pregnant, I don’t think I can indulge in any strenuous activities. I’m still gonna walk on the treadmill but that will be it. Walk, not run. I don’t want to blow up like a balloon but don’t want to stress myself either.

There are plenty of jobs in healthcare. This is one area when you’ll never run out of opportunities. Which is why before I graduated in High School, everyone around me kept telling me to get a career in the health industry. It’s just not for me though, but my friends who did are now doing well in their careers, stability and money-wise. My brother-in-law was going to enroll in Nursing as a matter of fact but when I asked him if it’s really what he wanted to do, he said he’s just following what others are doing.
Thinking about it now though, I would’ve gone for Medicine just so I would know what to do whenever my daughter is sick.

Too skinny is not only unhealthy but also ugly. Admit it! Specially designed clothes might look nice on ultra-thin models on the runway but men like girls with a little more meat on them. So try not to be obsessed in finding the best diet pills and focus on how you can lead a healthy life instead.
Having said that, I am totally digging Mischa’s look now. She looks healthy and less spacey too, which is probably because she’s so lucky to have landed a new show after her long hiatus.
I wish I could say the same for Jessica Stroup of 90210. She still looks like she could use a few trips to the sandwich bar. And a pizza joint. Or better yet, have Krispy Kreme deliver choco glazed doughnuts to her dressing room daily.

I’ve heard and read about how some people are having problems getting their social security disability benefits in the US. It’s sad to know that you can’t get help when you need it the most. Imagine not being able to work because of your disability and still have one or two other mouths to feed. It’s one of the most miserable and frustrating thing that can happen to anyone. But thanks to companies like Allsup.com, plenty of people with disabilities have received their entitled SSDI benefits without problems. They have 98% success rate so far and your best bet whether you’re applying for the first time on need to appeal a denial. If you want to learn more, the SSDI Overview is the best place to start. I’ve learned a lot about SSDI just by spending 10 minutes on the allsup.com website. They don’t charge anything until they obtain Social Security disability benefits for you.
