me, myself and i If only we had discount bridesmaid dresses like this when I went to my cousin’s wedding 15 yrs ago, I wouldn’t look like an oompa-loompa with my orange puffed sleeves and layers of ugly lace. The funny thing is that soon-to-be-brides always say that OUR (the bridesmaids) dresses are nice enough that you can cut them after so you can wear it as a party dress. But it never works, I tell you and I should know for I’m a proud owner of more than seven bridesmaid dresses that hasn’t seen the light of day after the wedding.

shopping Saw this from an online friend who just came home from Singapore. I just love how similar it is to my current dream bag – Mulberry Alexa that I emailed her immediately where she got it. She bought it from Cotton ON, which had a year-end sale last December for only …. wait for it …. S$35!
Now I need to bug all my friends in Singapore to get one for me!

shopping This is my latest favorite online shop – ASOS. Their collection are huge – from tops and bottoms to handbags and shoes to lingerie and even fabulous stuff for Men and kids. This helps a lot since you don’t have to jump to another online store just to shop for them. Perfect for holiday shopping/splurging for one reason – they are just so affordable I want to hoard all their bags and outfit to last for one whole year!

women issues These women certainly have no need for fat burner. They embrace their body types so well that they just look amazing! Imagine the freedom it can give you if you don’t have to count every little calorie that you take in. Not that I’m encouraging everyone to overeat. But it gets too much when you see women eating like birds just because they can’t do with a few pounds. With this kind of body, you can be sure that the kids who look up to you will never feel bad about their bodies.

shopping Shopping time once again! I just received half of my December earnings so I’m treating myself with new outfits and perhaps some shoes from Tory Burch. It’s hard to shop for women’s dresses online because you can never know how they fit you until they arrive at your doorstep. Which is why I only buy from stores that I’ve tried. Starting the last week of November, we’ll be attending parties left and right so stocking up on new clothes is a must.

women issues I am skipping work just to browse on bridal gowns. I know! I always complain about having too much work yet here I am, doing something useless. In my defense, my friend really needs my help in choosing the perfect style for her. Since I am one of the bridesmaids, I can’t very well say no, can I? But back to the gowns, I can’t help but remember my own wedding preparations. How it was filled with wedding gowns and seating people and caterers and flowers. People say it wouldn’t matter years after the wedding but thinking about it now, it does matter. The details will always stay in the brides’s mind no matter if it’s ten or twenty years ago.

me, myself and i Yet before any of us can wear the gowns on my previous post, we all need to take weight loss pills that work. Not those type that supposedly worked on celebrities but the real kind that works on normal people. Celebrities have all the help they need – expensive personal chef, work-out buddies / trainers, plastic surgeons and what not. It’s no surprise that they can lose weight easily and give credit to a diet pill so they can get endorsement. OR better yet, we could all make a pact to lose weight the healthy way. No pills, no diets, no protein shakes or supplements. Just plain eating healthy and working out. Now that’s a great project before Christmas!
