Young Fashion

Posted by admin on Jul 20, 2011 in fashion

Saw my young cousin posing on FB with his trucker hat and rocawear jeans. It seems the ladies are into him, those that haven’t reached the ripe age of 18 that is. I can’t see the attraction because personally, I prefer him with his normal clothes. Not too loose nor too loud. But what do I know? I’m ancient (as what the younguns call people like me these days) and wouldn’t know the difference between Justin Bieber from Jonas Brothers. Which means I wouldn’t know what’s proper or not when it comes to fashion. WRONG. Knowing that my outfits from the 80s will never see the light proves that.

Choose the Right Engagement Ring for Your Beloved

Posted by admin on Jul 19, 2011 in fashion, me, myself and i

There are a few things that only happen to people once in a lifetime. The prospect of proposing to your beloved is one of these things. In addition to being rare, proposing to your beloved is also something that you want to happen as perfectly as possible simply because of the extent to which you have emotionally invested in it.

As you most probably already know, one of the most crucial elements of any proposal is the engagement ring. This means that if you want to impress your beloved and propose in the best way possible, you should do so with a perfect engagement ring. However, choosing engagement rings could be one of the most difficult tasks you ever have to undertake.

Gifts for Men

Posted by admin on May 22, 2011 in fashion, me, myself and i, shopping

These cuff link gifts will be perfect for my friend who’s celebrating this 33rd next week. I am so lazy to look for gifts online anymore that as soon as I saw these, I added them in the cart. I would’ve gotten the superhero cuff links but I’m pretty sure his wife will not like it as much as he will. She has been urging him to dress professionally, hence the need for cuff links. So since I don’t want to cause disagreement, I will give him a gift that she will love and he can use. I’ll just add some funky socks so he will not feel too bad about dressing up like an adult.

Online Treats

Posted by admin on Apr 22, 2011 in fashion, just for fun, online life, shopping

I am so done researching for Polaris Ranger Accessories for my cousin-in-law. All I want to do now is gobble up two Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts while window shopping online. It has been a while since I did some shopping for myself so I’m going to treat myself to a minor purchase. I wonder if the leopard print flats from Anthology are on sale now? If not that, I’d like to have a cute floral dress that I can wear on out of town trips. I’m getting dizzy from too much excitement and I barely even started looking.

    Price of Beauty

Posted by admin on Mar 9, 2011 in fashion, me, myself and i, women issues

A friend of mine takes an acne pill daily to control her skin breakouts. It’s a bit expensive but she’s so used to it that she doesn’t mind the expense anymore. In fact, it’s already included in her monthly budget so she will actually save money if she stopped taking one. Anyway, the reason why I’m blogging about this is women will do all kinds of stuff to be beautiful. Whether it’s for acne, losing weight, hair extension or plastic surgery, it’s not uncommon for a woman to spend a lot of money to get her desired effect. As for me, I don’t spend a lot on beauty products / maintenance but that’s just because I don’t have the budget. If I’m as financially comfortable as some of my friends are, I’d have my own dermatologist as well and undergo several body treatments.

    A Hint of Skin

Posted by admin on Mar 2, 2011 in fashion, health

People are tweeting about adapexin-p today so naturally, I got curious and checked it out. After all, it never hurts to be updated. According to the web site, it can help you lose 10lbs in 28 days. Pretty amazing if you need to fit into a dress or show off a new body just in time for summer. With that said, I would recommend a thorough research before trying anything. Speaking of summer, check out below my top 3 coverups from VS.

    Mini-Alexa

Posted by admin on Feb 23, 2011 in fashion

Finally, a Mulberry Alexa that I can afford. Even though it can only hold a few bills, a lipstick and one compact mirror, I would still love to have one! These mini-alexas come in black, watermelon and oak at £506 from Mulberry.com.
