On Rob P.

Posted by admin on Feb 20, 2012 in just for fun

This is just way too funny I had to re-post it. Posted previously on my instagram.

You’d be shocked how many women commented on this photo saying “Yes, Please!”

Age and Vanity

Posted by admin on Feb 18, 2012 in health, me, myself and i, women issues

Funny that as soon as I mentioned some of the vicerex side effects to my nephew, he immediately disappeared. I wonder if he isn’t shopping for one right now? Anyway, kids these days are just willing to try anything to keep their body in shape and add energy. I can’t blame them since the world is less forgiving now. Everything is just too fast and everyone puts too much importance on how they look. Gone are the days when you can simply be yourself and enjoy a fun night out with your friends. Luckily for me, I’m not so young (and definitely not old) to be comfortable in my own skin. There are bigger things to worry about – health, future, kids’ education that I’d rather not add to my list anymore.

Expensive Music

Posted by admin on Feb 16, 2012 in money matters, online life, technology

My client asked me to research for Music Software for his son who is currently into music production. It’s perfect timing since I just spent about two weeks researching for the perfect software and equipment for my husband. We did come up with the whole package (which was supposed to be my Valentine’s Day gift for him) but the total cost was more than I was expecting. We decided to hold it off until we have enough extra funds so we wouldn’t be settling for something that he may not like later on. But lucky for me, I won’t have to spend a lot of time researching for my client. I’ll just hand him the list of stores and equipments that I gathered a week ago and we’ll be all set. I’m sure my husband will die if he sees my client’s budget. It’s a semi-pro musician’s dream if you ask me. Lucky kid.

Rawrrr Finds

Posted by admin on Feb 12, 2012 in fashion, me, myself and i, shopping

I’m into all things leopard these days. So much so that my daughter asked me, why do you like cheetah prints so much? She’s just hilarious. But because I’ve had too much of the same print already, I try not to buy more if it’s too expensive. So let me share my recent finds that are so irresistible mainly because they cost less than $30.

Hearts Day = Gift Day

Posted by admin on Feb 11, 2012 in me, myself and i, money matters, shopping

Guess what I’m getting for my husband for Valentine’s? A music recording equipment, that’s what. I know it’s not exactly romantic but he needs to upgrade badly considering he’s starting to write music again. Of course, what he really wants is a new Fender but that is something that I’ll have to save up for a long time. More like a birthday-Christmas-anniversary-gift-in-one kind of thing. Anyway, I hope he has started planning his gift for me (which is easy since I got about 20 things on my list every month) the way I’m seriously planning for his. Advance Happy V-Day to all of you!

Graphics Work

Looks like my company is going for mugs for coffee as our corporate giveaway two months from now. Our robot characters will look great on the mugs and hopefully, the brand will stay on the potential customers’ mind even after the event. As for the consumers event, our 4GB USB sticks are going to be popular, I’m sure. We’ll give them away by doing a raffle draw kind of thing to everyone who will purchase the ice cream. With these two events scheduled, I’m absolutely sure that everyone in the creative department will be very busy.

Interior and Exterior

Posted by admin on Feb 5, 2012 in home

I’m looking for a roller shade so I can replicate this photo for the downstairs bathroom. Pretty chic huh? I read somewhere that this is easy to do but knowing my talent for anything domesticated, I’d rather save up and buy than flex my muscles and waste one whole day messing up things.

We’ll see how it goes. Aside from that, I also want to have this (see below) but I’m already an expert in knowing when I couldn’t have something. There’s a long list of things that I can’t have NOW but who says you can’t dream?
