me, myself and i
Saw a lipofuze review today and my first thought was that I would love to try it as soon as I give birth. I’ve already gained a total of 44 lbs but still have three weeks to go. Imagine how much more weight I’ll be gaining by then! But then I remembered I’ll be breastfeeding until 2 years so diet pills will be out of the question. Besides, I’ve proven that breastfeeding can help you lost weight quickly if you eat healthy or like in my case, none at all due to my firstborn’s allergies. So yes, I’m trying to stay positive that I will lose at least 30 lbs in the first three months and 20 lbs more before the baby turns 9 months.

Tom and Katie’s height difference never cease to amaze me. Look at the first photo. Katie seems to be wearing a three-inch clogs yet Tom doesn’t seem too vertically challenged. Okay, granted that his shoes have at least 1 1/2 heels but still, it doesn’t look as bad as the second photo. Height-wise, they are so not compatible. But they just both look so good whether it’s on a normal day (or is it?) or the red carpet that their heights don’t matter at all. Totally diggin’ Katie’s dress btw.

I dreamt last night that someone gave me a Kohler kitchen faucet for our housewarming party. The Kohler faucet was a surprise in its own but the fact that we are throwing a housewarming party was so amazing I couldn’t help but get sad when I woke up. I really want to have our own house by next year but it’s hard to rush these things especially if you’re unsure about your finances. I just got my full time job this year so I would like to test the waters first and see how stable the company will be. Only then we can decide to pursue our house construction plans. My husband can definitely provide for us but if we are paying mortgages, my daughter’s big school tuition and with the new baby on its way, we’ll have to tighten our belts a little bit. Which is totally fine but if we can have a more comfortable life by waiting for a few months, then I’d rather wait than spend all our savings and monthly salaries for a not-so-perfect property.

just for fun
My friend visited today to check on my pregnancy and catch up with some local gossip. However, she can’t stop talking about removing wrinkles so while I’m pretending to listen, I’m going to do this meme from Thursday Thunks.
1. Have you ever performed the Heimlich Maneuver on someone or had it performed on you?
Not yet and I’m afraid to try
2. Do you have a red room in your home? (Either painted red or red curtains etc.)
Nope but I would love one on our future dream house. A red kitchen or living room maybe?
3. Have you ever felt like banging your head against the wall?
Yes, once or twice. The latest was when I realized that a new laptop battery will cost me $220. I could’ve gotten it for free if only I called a week earlier when my warranty is still good.
4. Reports came out this week that Michael Jackson was gay. Are you shocked, don’t believe it, don’t care or felt he was all along?
Don’t care at all.
5. What’s the dumbest thing you have done after a breakup with a S/O?
Not enjoy my single life. I always jump from one relationship to another.
6. If Berleen and Bud are standing on the roof of a one story building and decide to throw water balloons at Kimber walking down below on the sidewalk, what color balloon hits her first?
Don’t know.
7. What are the wildest, craziest pajamas you own?
A silk one with Winnie the pooh gorging himself with honey.
8. Have you ever ridden in a sidecar on a motorcycle?
Yes, that’s a normal mode of transportation from where I live.
9. Do/did you go party on Cinco De Mayo, and if so what color was the bartender’s shirt?
Not yet.
10. Why does a hat have a bill?
Don’t know this either.
11. If you were a WWE professional wrestler, what would your stage name be?
The Gorgeous B.
12. How many keys do you have on your keyring?
About 10.
13. What is the oldest picture you currently have in your home? What year was it taken and who/what is the photo of?
Oh we got loads of old photos here. My husband loves to collect them because it reminds him of where he came from and who his ancestors were. I say ancestors because they are so old you can trace it back to World War2.

Stumbled upon this photo gallery of 20 Years of Fashion Highs and Lows. You could say that diet pills are still not popular back in the 80s. They are so lucky that the anorexic look wasn’t the trend yet. I believe chunky legs and arms were even considered sexy. But kidding aside, I do think people would still rather exercise back then than starve themselves to death. Which is why they look healthy with their meaty yet toned muscles than skeletal and deathly.

Speaking of reviews, I read some prevera reviews and just couldn’t help but get excited about this product. Although my wrinkles have yet to show, I could see signs of aging especially after a long, hard day. I read it’s the ultimate wrinkle cream at a fraction of the price compared to its competitors. It contains 6 powerful peptides that remove wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming. What’s important of all is that it contains moisturizer so I’ll only have to put one cream on my face. I admit there are nights when I’m just too tired to finish my beauty regimen so if there’s one cream that can hydrate my skin and remove the wrinkles, then I’m all for it.

It’s funny what I got on my work mailbox today. It’s a flyer containing enzyte reviews. As if it’s something that I need! I wonder how they get email addresses? Have I ever visited a site that is connected somehow with enzyte? Worse, has my husband been visiting similar sites? Well, whatever it is, it’s just too much information on such an early morning. I need to get a cup of coffee first before I tackle all the other emails that are threatening to burst my inbox. It’s just weird that it went straight to my work email when the security and spam settings were set so high I am sometimes unable to receive emails from other clients.
