There was a burglary in one of the big houses near our village yesterday. It made me think if we should install alarms. Not that we store valuable items inside but we have a few things that are hard to replace. I do wonder how they managed to enter the village, what with 2-3 security guards that was supposed to be in their posts that night.
Now that we’re actively looking for a land to purchase, security should be next on our list after location. When I was thinking about the pros and cons of two properties last week, my husband told me to visualize our daughter and future kids walking up and down the streets. If I can’t think of anything bad that could happen while they are walking on their way home, then that property should go on top of our list. As if a mother can run out of things that could wrong to their kids.

Here’s another great article that I stumbled upon online. Now I’m not sure if any of these are real but they are just too amazing not be featured.

Women everywhere are after the holy grail of diet pills. But how do we find it exactly? Most stuff online are either scam or if they can make you lose weight, you’d find yourself in the hospital in a couple of months.
When it comes to buying merchandise online, it never hurts to do your research before the purchase. There’s a reason why product reviews exists, so you can read through them and filter what you think is BS. And as for losing weight, the latest top rated diet pill that I saw is Apidexin. If you look at the description, you can see visible results in the first 72 hours or else they’ll give you your money back. But just because someone thinks it’s the best out there doesn’t mean you should go ahead and purchase one. Read, research and investigate. What works with your friend might not work with you. And if in doubt, always consult with your doctor.

just for fun
1. My dream home should be up in two years.
2. My favorite thing for dinner lately has been spareribs braised with coca cola.
3. I’ve never really heard a dog say bark! bark! bark!
4. A nice long walk down the beach alone might help me figure out what I need to do in the next two months.
5. Everyday, I check my mailbox for some good news about work but it still eludes me.
6. When all is said and done, there’s not much you can do but start over.

I am loving twitter. In the past five days, I’ve learned so many things that I’m dying to try out on my new projects. It’s a huge world out there and I was a fool for not following as many people as I can for the past year. I’m still keeping my main twitter account private so I can discuss things there that are strictly for friends only. As for my public account, feel free to follow me at joytreyes.
Here’s one example of why I am loving twitter. A great tutorial for a web design layout created in Photoshop. Check it out, you could learn a thing or two and might be confident enough to start with your own website.
